After finishing the NFL regular season with a record of 13-4 and beating some of the best teams in the league in the final weeks, the Baltimore Ravens head into the NFL playoffs with the top seed in the AFC while being arguably the team to beat moving forward.
Lamar Jackson and company have played so well this season that the team seems stacked on both sides of the football, and it will be a tall task for any team that tries to take them down in the postseason.
Even though the Ravens had their fair share of injury issues during the regular season, the team will head into the playoffs with a week to heal up as they hope to go the distance in the AFC to reach the Super Bowl.
As if the Ravens weren’t in a great position already to make a deep run in the playoffs, the team will only get better heading into the postseason, with star tight end Mark Andrews set to return along with the addition of veteran running back Dalvin Cook, according to ESPN’s Field Yates.
With 2 open roster spots, the Ravens now have room for TE Mark Andrews and RB Dalvin Cook on the 53-man roster is those 2 are ready for the Divisional Round game against the Texans or Steelers. https://t.co/vkIIquU8uG

Adding Cook to the postseason roster was a step forward for the Ravens as it makes the team that much deeper coming out of the backfield, but getting Andrews back ahead of their first playoff game is a potential game-changer.
When healthy, Andrews is arguably one of the best players in the league at his position and will be extremely valuable to the Ravens as they prepare to take on their first opponent.
