Taylor Swift is under fire as fans speculate that NFL officials are aiding the Kansas City Chiefs to a threepeat this season.
The defending Super Bowl champions improved to 9-0 after defeating the Denver Broncos, 16-14, with a last-second field goal block. Along with the perfect record comes a series of questionable calls that favored the Chiefs.
Before Sunday’s game against Denver, Landon Reinhardt of KSNT Sports reported that Swift had a brief exchange with referee Sarah Thomas. Reinhardt tweeted that the down judge was on a FaceTime call with family and asked for a screenshot of her meeting the singer.
The brief interaction had fans speaking about the ongoing accusations of one-sided officiating, with Swift’s new involvement presenting a new angle.
‘Lol Landon not helping with the chiefs refs allegations,’ one user wrote.

‘What a shock, these league is literally the wwe at this point it’s clear as day,’ another added.
A third chimed in and said the referee’s fandom for swift was ‘Helping the Chiefs get an automatic win.’
‘That explains a lot of these calls! Looks real impartial,’ a fourth commented.
‘@NFL @Chiefs we all know that games are rigged when the chiefs play. And that they sold their souls to Satan,’ cried a fifth. ‘But this is ridiculous.’
This would not be the only time a brief interaction between the Chiefs and officials raised eyebrows this season.

In late September, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes raised questions when he conversed with an official in the tunnel before taking on the Falcons.
The Chiefs benefited from borderline penalties in Weeks 2 and 3, which initially led NFL fanbases to get fed up with the supposed special treatment.
To add fuel to the fire, Mahomes was then spotted talking to a referee during NBC’s broadcast.
Kansas City will hope to keep its perfect record intact when they face the Buffalo Bills on Nov. 17.
