Isiah Pacheco had a great season for the Kansas City Chiefs, and he could be set to break out even further this season.
The Kansas City Chiefs had one of the most underrated running backs in the NFL this past season, and he could be in great position to improve even further.
Isiah Pacheco finished this past season with 935 rushing yards with seven touchdowns in his second season with the team. As a result, he could be set to etch his name in the history books of the Chiefs in just his third season in the league.

His solid sophomore season takes Pacheco to 1765 career rushing yards, which places him at No. 21 on the Chiefs’ all-time list. If he is able to have the first 1000-yard season of his career this season, then he could break his way into the top ten.
The player who currently sits at No. 10 on the list is running back Herman Heard, who played for the Chiefs from 1984 to 1989. His 2694 yards means that he is just 929 yards ahead of Pacheco, which means that if the young back matches his production from this past season, he would have just enough.
If Pacheco is able to match last season or even break out further this season, then he will continue to provide another dimension to the Chiefs’ already potent offense.
