On a recent Friday, Angelina Jolie, who has played the role of a Disney villain in the past, decided to make her daughter Shiloh’s 11th birthday special by taking her and her siblings to Disneyland. The actress went above and beyond by also bringing some friends from Cambodia along for the fun-filled day at the Anaheim, California amusement park.
Angelina Jolie and her family recently visited Disneyland to celebrate Shiloh’s eleventh birthday with some friends. The group had a blast trying out nearly every ride in the park and even found time to check out the Downtown Disney mall. It was hard to tell who enjoyed the day the most – Shiloh, the other kids, or Angelina herself! Overall, a great time was had by all at the Happiest Place On Earth.
Shiloh celebrated her 11th birthday in style with a Disney-themed party that took place on the day before her actual birth anniversary. It was a day filled with lots of laughter, fun and excitement.
Delicious Snack: Shiloh indulged in a huge pouch of fluffy cotton candy while strolling around the amusement park.
A joyful atmosphere filled the air as Shiloh, Angelina, and the other children enjoyed themselves at the park. Despite her usually serious demeanor, the 41-year-old actress couldn’t contain her happiness and was seen smiling throughout their visit. She looked particularly thrilled when they rode the Big Thunder Railroad roller coaster, where she joined her eight-year-old daughter Vivienne and her friend in a seat. It was hard to tell who was having the most fun among the group.
The birthday squad was in full force as the celebrity mom, aged 41, celebrated her special day with her large family. To make it an even more memorable occasion, she included a few of her companions from Cambodia.
It was an exciting day for the group as they got to experience almost every ride inside the amusement park. To top it off, they even had time to visit the Downtown Disney mall afterwards. Watching the youngsters, the actress joined in on the fun and laughed as she went on a rollercoaster that did sharp turns and drops. Shiloh rode in another car with a guy friend, and both of them screamed and laughed at the back of the coaster. Later on, the family and their friends went to Fantasy Land to try out some of the less intense rides.
As soon as they arrived at Fantasy Land, the kids excitedly headed straight for the thrilling Big Thunder Railroad ride. Following their lead, the actress threw her arms up in the air and laughed as the coaster took a sharp turn and descended. The children then opted for a more leisurely ride on the Alice In Wonderland coaster, which still left Sihloh beaming with joy. Of course, a visit to Fantasy Land wouldn’t be complete without a spin in a teacup. Angelina, along with her 12-year-old daughter Zahara and eight-year-old son Maddox, enjoyed a ride together on one of the Mad Hatter’s teacups.
The family and their companions continued their adventurous journey and proceeded to Fantasy Land where they indulged in some of the less thrilling rides. They were determined to make the most of their time and enjoy every moment of their day out.
Relax and enjoy: The Alice In Wonderland coaster proved to be the perfect choice for the kids who wanted a more laid-back ride on the roller coaster.
It would be a shame to visit Fantasy Land and not take a spin in the iconic teacup ride.
The 12-year-old daughter Zahara and eight-year-old son Maddox of Angelina had a fun time at the park riding one of the Mad Hatter’s teacups together. The celebrity opted for a more casual look for the trip but still looked fashionable. She wore a pair of black straight leg jeans paired with a grey T-shirt without a bra. To be prepared for any weather changes, she tied a long sleeve grey top around her waist and carried a jacket in her grey and black Everlane backpack throughout the day.
Casual Vibes: The superstar opted for a relaxed and comfortable outfit for their park visit, which still maintained a touch of elegance.
In a casual fashion, Angelina Jolie sported a black pair of straight leg jeans and a grey T-shirt without a bra. She took inspiration from her Tomb Raider character and donned some tall black boots that wrap around her calves. Although it may not be the most convenient choice for extended walking, her outfit had an edgy vibe to it. Opting for a minimal makeup look, Angelina accessorized with some large black glasses from Shauns California resting on her face.
Getting stylish: The actress drew inspiration from her Tomb Raider role and rocked a pair of large black boots that were secured around her calves.
Shiloh celebrated her birthday in comfortable clothing, sporting a Walking Dead T-shirt and loose-fitting khakis. She even anticipated the possibility of chilly weather and had a sweater on hand. Her hair was styled in a sleek ponytail. To ensure a peaceful celebration, Angelina enlisted the help of a large security guard to keep unwanted attention at bay.
According to sources, as part of Shiloh’s birthday wish, she invited some of the child actors from her upcoming Netflix movie, First They Killed My Father, who are from Cambodia, to come and visit her in America.
Disney also arranged for a VIP guide, allowing the group to experience the best parts of the park. People magazine reported that some of the children joining Angelina Jolie’s family were child actors from her upcoming Netflix film, First They Killed My Father, which is based on a memoir about the Cambodian genocide. Shiloh had befriended the young actors on set and wanted to grant their birthday wish of visiting America. Interestingly, Angelina’s sons Maddox and Pax had been involved in the making of the film but did not join the family on this particular trip to Disney.
