Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs played in their final home game of the 2024 regular season at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium on Dec. 21.
The Chiefs hosted the Houston Texans, and Kelce’s girlfriend, singer Taylor Swift, made her first NFL appearance since Kansas City’s Black Friday win over the Las Vegas Raiders. The Grammy award-winner was absent from the latest home game as she was performing in the final show of her “Eras Tour.”
With 28 seconds left in the second quarter, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes attempted to hit wideout JuJu Smith-Schuster on a 3rd-and-12 play. However, the pass fell incomplete, forcing Kansas City to take a field goal.

Cameras caught Swift’s reaction to the play, where she was left speechless as her jaw was hanging open.
This Chiefs game marked the 20th in which Swift has attended to support Kelce. In the 19 contests she appeared at prior to Saturday, the “Blank Space” singer has watched Kansas City secure a 16-3 record, including a perfect 6-0 during the 2024 NFL season.
Kelce and the Chiefs are playing in one of the few Saturday games for the league this season to give them an extra day off before facing the Pittsburgh Steelers on Christmas, which lies on Wednesday.
