The Baltimore Ravens are bringing back a valuable veteran.
The team announced Thursday it reached a deal with outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy. The contract is two years worth around $9 million, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Van Noy had a career-high nine sacks in 2023. He first appeared with the Ravens in Week 4 after Odafe Oweh and David Ojabo went down with injuries.
After fellow edge rusher Jadeveon Clowney departed in free agency, the team was left with a group of talented but young players at the position, including Oweh, Ojabo and Tavius Robinson.
Van Noy will look to repeat 2023’s success in his 11th season.
