As per recent reports, it seems like Vin Diesel’s son Vincent Sinclair is all set to make his acting debut with a role in the upcoming film Fast and Furious 9. The young lad, who is 10 years old, will portray a younger version of his father’s character Dominic Toretto in the movie which is slated to release on June 2, 2021, following several postponements. According to TMZ, Vincent filmed his scenes for the film back in 2019 when he was just nine years old and earned a massive $1,005 per day for his work.
Reports suggest that Vincent Sinclair, the son of Vin Diesel, will be making his acting debut in Fast and Furious 9 – following in his father’s footsteps. The franchise has previously featured a flashback of a younger Dominic played by Alex McGee in Furious 7. Vincent is one of three children Vin shares with his partner Paloma Jimenez. There has been no official comment from representatives as yet. The release of Fast and Furious 9 has also been delayed due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis.

On Thursday, Diesel confirmed through an Instagram post that the release date has been pushed back again to June 25. In his post, he expressed his excitement about the news, and his co-star Ludacris also commented, saying, “We Just Gettin Started.”
According to the website, nine-year-old Vincent was paid an impressive $1,005 per day for filming his scenes in late 2019 for the upcoming film directed by Justin Lin, which is the latest installment in the Fast and Furious franchise. Lin previously directed three other films in the series. The new teaser for the film, which was released during the Super Bowl, shows the main character, Dom, now living a more settled life with his wife Letty Ortiz. However, when Dom admits to missing his old life, the action ramps up and takes viewers on an adrenaline-fueled ride full of high-speed chases and fiery crashes. The majority of the action showcases Dom and Letty behind the wheel, facing off against Dominic’s younger brother Jakob, who is a dangerous assassin.
Fast and Furious 9 has been postponed once again due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, but fans can rest easy knowing that star Vin Diesel recently announced the film’s new release date.
