“My beautiful and incredible mother just turned 80!!!!” the ‘Fast and the Furious’ star wrote on Instagram
Vin Diesel is celebrating a special woman in his life!
The 56-year-old actor shared a sweet video of himself and his mom, Delora Vincent, smiling and sharing a hug on Instagram to commemorate a big milestone: her 80th birthday.
In the caption, the Fast & Furious star wrote, “My beautiful and incredible mother just turned 80!!!!”
“At her birthday, I asked what she wished for,” he continued, adding that her response was “Peace.”
Several of Diesel’s celebrity pals joined the actor in celebrating his mom, including his Fast & Furious castmate Ludacris and Guardians of the Galaxy costar Zoe Saldaña.
Ludacris, 46, commented, “HBD MOM 👑,” and Saldaña, 45, wrote, “Happy birthday Mrs Vincent. God bless you.”

In November 2021, the self-proclaimed “momma’s boy” shared a photo of the pair at the premiere of HBO’s Spielberg in 2017. In the caption, he wrote, “Momma’s boy… proud of it. All love, Always.”
In 2019, he dedicated a Mother’s Day post to Vincent.
Alongside a sweet selfie of the mother-son duo, the star wrote, “Happy Mother’s Day to you and yours. I can’t explain the love I have for my mother in words… But, I can say there is no greater gift in life than a loving mother.”

Years earlier, he celebrated his “wonderful” mom’s birthday by sharing a photo of her with another Fast & Furious costar, Gal Gadot.
“Happy Birthday to the most wonderful woman I have ever known, my mother,” he captioned the shot of Vincent and Gadot, 38. “I love you mom.”
“She wants me to take her to see the Last Witch Hunter tonight. Haha,” he added.

Diesel, who shares three children — Hania, 15, Vincent, 13, and Pauline, 8 — with longtime partner Paloma Jiménez, knows the importance of family.
Earlier this year, the actor spoke with PEOPLE about late costar Paul Walker‘s daughter, Meadow Walker, and what her cameo in the latest installment in Diesel’s iconic franchise, Fast X, meant to him.
“It did something to my soul, to see her want to honor her father and to contribute in her own way to his life’s work,” Diesel said, adding; “It meant everything.”
Fast X stars Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster also opened up about what the special appearance meant to them.
Brewster, 43, said that Meadow, 24, is now “woven into the fabric forever.”

“To have her be on set and work her butt off was really, really inspiring,” she told PEOPLE.
Rodriguez, 45, said that the cameo meant “everything” to the Fast & Furious family.
“It’s everything to us because [Paul’s] memory is never going to die within the franchise, so as long as we’re doing it, we have to maintain that, [keeping his] energy alive,” she said.
