“I’m SO fired up to play this for every crowd on the tour,” Swift wrote after performing four shows in Paris
Shortly after Taylor Swift closed out her fourth and final sold-out Paris show on her record-breaking Eras Tour on May 12, the superstar spilled her thoughts about the experience on social media.
On Instagram and X, Swift, 34, discussed adding her latest album — The Tortured Poets Department (TTPD) — to the tour, which meant including seven songs from TTPD, new outfits, set pieces and choreography.
“This post is dedicated to the new Tortured Poets section of the Eras Tour (aka Female Rage The Musical!) and everyone who made these memories so magical,” Swift wrote in her caption, accompanied with photos from this section of the show’s 46-song setlist.
Swift had resumed her tour on May 9 after a nearly two-month break, during which time she released her 11th album, TTPD, on April 19.
“To my crew, fellow performers, and band who worked tirelessly in their break to concoct this surprise for you — but mostly for the fans in Paris,” she continued. “I’m so thankful that it was you we got to show this to for the first time because you gave us so much excitement, passion, and love.”
This era of the show included “So High School,” a song about her NFL boyfriend Travis Kelce, 34. He attended the fourth night in Paris at the Paris La Défense Arena, where she performed it in front of him for the first time on tour, at one point singing, “You know how to ball, I know Aristotle.”

The TTPD set also featured “But Daddy I Love Him,” “Down Bad,” “Fortnight,” “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived,” “I Can Do It with a Broken Heart” and “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?”
Swift altered her career-spanning setlist to make room for songs from Tortured Poets, which meant cutting several fan-favorites like “The Archer,” off her album Lover and “Long Live” off Speak Now.
Swift wrapped up her social post with, “I’m SO fired up to play this for every crowd on the tour. See you very soon, Stockholm! 🤍”
