Taylor Swift tearfully revealed her parents were watching at her Wembley show on Friday as she fought back tears after three minutes of thunderous applause from fans.
The Fearless hitmaker, 34, is currently undertaking her second set of London shows this summer at the huge arena.
Fans turned out in their thousands to watch the superstar, with Taylor getting emotional as they erupted into huge cheers. ‘You win Wembley night two,’ the singer declared after being left stunned by the sheer noise.
‘I know I was recording a video of that in my head of that, but I guarantee my parents were just recording that on their phones,’ she said.
‘Everytime I have a sad or bad day from now not only will I have the video in my mind but I’m going to revisit that moment.’
Taylor shocked the audience as she performed London Boy as one of the surprise songs on Friday – the first time she has ever sang it on her Eras Tour since it kicked off in March 2023.
The second surprise track was Dear John – a heartbreaking love song famously about singer John Mayer.
In another surprise for fans, Taylor sported a brand new Midnights bodysuit for the London show.
Switching up from her famous look, Taylor donned a new black and sheer sequined bodysuit adorned with stars and complete with sparkly fringing.
Her parents were also spotted having a great time on Thursday as they joined fans to watch their daughter storm the stage at Wembley night one.
Andrea, 66, was dressed all in black and threw her arms excitedly in the air as she danced along to the music on the final leg of the 34-year-old’s Eras Tour.
Meanwhile one TikTok follower revealed Scott, 72, who also shares 32-year-old son Austin with his wife, handed out special guitar picks to fans before joining his wife in their VIP area.
They wrote : ‘Taylor’s parents arriving at London N4. And getting a guitar pick Taylor’s dad gave to security to give out’.
The singer’s parents are almost as popular amongst Swifties as the singer herself and has played an instrumental part in her now billionaire career.
Scott has also been seen handing out 2,000 VIP wristbands to lucky fans at various shows.
Taylor made a triumphant return to the stage in London on Thursday night for the final five shows of the European leg of her Eras tour, which has been running since last year.
Last night, cheers exploded from the stadium as the star performed her three-hour show and brought on Ed Sheeran as her surprise guest.
Taylor’s Thursday night performance was said to be ‘the hardest concert of her career’, being her first in the UK since the Southport stabbings – where three little girls were killed whilst at a Taylor-themed dance class.
While she did not mention the tragedy explicitly, in an emotional speech after Cruel Summer, the star said: ‘The way that you have chosen to welcome us.
‘There are 92,000 of you, out here, with your hands in the air – screaming the words.
‘Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. We love you so much London,’ she added.
‘I know how much planning and energy and effort it took to come to these shows I really appreciate that.’
Later on in the show, Taylor came out dressed for her Red Era wearing a t-shirt that said ‘a lot going on at the moment’. Her t-shirt references are often picked up by fans.
The American superstar made an emotional return in front of a 92,000 strong-crowd telling them ‘we love you so much London’.
She did not immediately address the horrifying stabbing that took place at a Swift-themed dance class on July 29, that killed Bebe King, six, Alice Dasilva Aguiar, nine, and Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven.
In the aftermath of the tragedy, Swift said she was at ‘a complete loss’ over the devastating attack.
‘The horror of yesterday’s attack in Southport is washing over me continuously, and I’m just completely in shock,’ the singer said following the incident.
‘The loss of life and innocence and the horrendous trauma inflicted on everyone who was there, the families, the first response.
‘These were just little kids at a dance class. I am at a complete loss for how to ever convey my sympathies to these families.’
Just days later, Taylor was then forced to cancel three gigs in Vienna after police uncovered a foiled ISIS terror plot.
Taylor has not commented publicly on the attempted attack but insiders said she was left ‘horrified’.
