The Kansas City star, who is now the highest paid tight end in the league, shelled out millions for the Love Story songstress and her pals back in February.
During a scene in Netflix’s new sports docuseries, Receiver, Kelce told San Francisco 49ers TE George Kittle that Super Bowl suites were selling for ‘f***ing three million dollars.’
Kittle — who inked a five-year $75 million deal in 2020 — ultimately decided against dropping that kind of cash on a private box when his team took on Kelce and the Chiefs at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium.
‘It’s just like, “You guys are gonna be fine,”‘ he joked, revealing his family sat in the stands.
As fans would recall, Swift was in the midst of her international Eras Tour in February, and raced back to the US from Japan to cheer on her boyfriend from the comfort of the private suite.
She was joined by the likes of Blake Lively, Ice Spice and Keleigh Teller as they watched Kelce claim his third championship.
Just one week before the game, Travis’ mom Donna Kelce revealed she was planning to watch from the stands because of the high price tag on the VIP boxes.
However, the Catching Kelce alum hinted to his New Heights podcast listeners that he was purchasing one of the last remaining suites.
‘I’m not really doing much different other than just counting how much money I’m spending on this damn Super Bowl for family and friends to come,’ he joked at the time.
Swift attended 13 of her boyfriend’s NFL games last season, and the tight end is returning the favor by showing his support at her Eras Tour.
Travis is spending the summer jetting back and forth across the pond, showing out at her concerts in London, Dublin, Paris and Amsterdam.
