The Eras Tour singer paused her record-breaking show to deal with a technical difficulty during her first sold-out night in Warsaw, Poland on Thursday evening
Taylor Swift suffered a technical issue onstage during her Eras Tour show in Warsaw on Thursday (August 1).
The singer was performing her first night in the Polish capital when she briefly paused the concert to deal with the problem. Struggling with an “awful” static noise, Swift asked for technical help.
Thankfully, the singer dealt the issue swiftly and she was able to continue her record-breaking show.
The problem occurred during the acoustic set. Ever the professional, Swift signalled to her team that she needed assistance before explaining what was going on for the benefit of fans.

As seen in a video shared on TikTok by @1989vinyl, the singer said: “I’m just wondering if there’s anything that you guys can do about the static in my ears? It just got really bad. It’s like very awful. Sorry.”
“I just want this to sound good for you guys,” she continued. “So, I’m just going to have somebody come out and change my pack really quick. Oh, I can fix this. Yep, I got it. It’s fixed.”
Explaining the quick fix, Swift added: “You wanna hear a boring story? I have a wireless ear pack on my clothing and I have a guitar pack for my wireless guitar and they cannot touch, which I was today years old when I learned.”
Responding to the moment, Swifties were quick to joke about the mishap. One said: “She is basically a mechanic.” Another echoed: “Well if the rest of the eras tour flops she can change careers and be a mechanic.”
